Chairman
Mr. Livanos is the chairman and sole shareholder of Ceres Shipping Ltd. He also serves as chairman of several of Ceres Shipping’s subsidiaries, including GasLog Ltd.
In 1989 Mr. Livanos formed Seachem Tankers Ltd., which in 2000 combined with Odfjell ASA (later renamed Odfjell SE). He served on the board of directors of Odfjell SE until 2008.
Mr. Livanos is on the Board of Directors of the G. P. Livanos Foundation whose contributions assist in a number of ongoing medical projects within Greece. The Foundation has also been one of the largest contributors to the Valero Charity for Children in the United States of America. He was also the chairman of the John F. Kennedy School Foundation until 2014 and he remains on the board as a non-executive director.
Mr. Livanos is a graduate of Columbia University.
Vice Chairman
Mr. Haramis is the vice chairman of DryLog Ltd. since 2014. He has a finance experience of 35 years. From 2004 until today, Mr. Haramis is a Director of Ceres Shipping Ltd and subsidiaries.
From 2004 to 2016, Mr. Haramis held the position of head of Mr. Peter G. Livanos family office in Monaco and from 2002 to 2004 he was the CEO of DryLog Ltd. From 2000 to 2002 he was the CEO of ChemLog Tankers Ltd. Previously, from 1996 to 2000 he was the CFO of Ceres Hellenic Shipping Enterprises Ltd.
From 1986 to 1996, Mr. Haramis was employed at Compagnie Financiere Traditon, Head of Derivatives, part of the FRAABA terms committee in Switzerland. This was the first attempt to agree on common rules regarding Forex and interest rate interbank derivatives. The concept later evolved in what today is known as ISDA. In 1985, he worked at Methenitis shipbrokers in London.
Mr. Haramis also helped in the early negotiation with the help of the Vatican in the peace treaty between Chile and Argentina in 1984.
Mr. Haramis is a graduate of University of Lausanne and London School of Economics.
Director
Ilias A. Iliopoulos currently holds the position of Director of Ceres Monaco SAM, being involved in private family matters and assisting in the management of shipping investments and finance for Ceres Shipping Group. He is also a director of Ceres Shipping Ltd. and subsidiaries.
Up until 2016 Mr. Iliopoulos held the position of CEO of Ceres Shipping Ltd. and DryLog Ltd.
From 2006 to 2007, Mr. Iliopoulos was the CEO of GasLog Ltd., Bermuda. Previously from 2000 to 2004, he was the CFO of Ceres Hellenic Shipping Enterprises Ltd. while since 2003 he was also appointed Director of the corporate division in Ceres.
Mr. Iliopoulos’ prior experience has been for 12 years in shipping finance/banking at which time he has held the positions of Senior Relationship Manager, Vice President at Citibank N.A. Shipping & Logistics Division, Piraeus Centre, with the responsibility of Greek and South European Shipping clients (1993-2000), and formerly from 1991 to 1993 as a Relationship Manager with Barclays Bank Plc, Piraeus Branch. From 1988 to 1991, he was Deputy Representative of the London Office of the Ionian Bank of Greece (presently Alpha Bank).

Athanasios Thanopoulos joined DryLog in 2014 with the main task to head the re-organization of the group. He was also appointed as CFO of Ceres Shipping Ltd. He has 10 years prior experience with a shipowning/shipmanagement group (as a CFO and CEO). He started his career as a shipping banker and has 9 years of experience in ship-finance, working for two different Greek financial institutions.
Mr. Thanopoulos is a graduate of American College of Greece and City University Business School
Advisor to the Board
Bruce L. Blythe has been involved in the shipping industry for over 20 years, having served as an advisor to the Livanos family since 1994. For nearly 30 years, Mr. Blythe has served as an advisor on finance and strategy to the Chairman and CEO of Ford Motor Company and to the Ford family, and prior to his service as an advisor he was employed in various strategic and financial positions at Ford Motor Company.
He also serves as a Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ceres Shipping Ltd.
Mr. Blythe is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University
Advisor to the Board
Julian Metherell is currently a director of GasLog Ltd. He was the chief financial officer and a director of Genel Energy plc, a leading independent oil and gas exploration and production company operating in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Genel Energy plc is the successor to Vallares Plc, a publicly listed acquisition company which Mr. Metherell co-founded in April 2011.
From 1999 to 2011, Mr. Metherell was a partner at The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., where he served as chief executive officer of the UK investment banking division. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Mr. Metherell was a director in the European energy group at Dresdner Kleinwort, a London-based investment bank.
Mr. Metherell is a graduate of Manchester University and of Cambridge University

Chief Commercial Officer
Yannis Niotis joined DryLog in 2017 as Head of Chartering and Insurance. He worked as a derivatives trader on the LIFFE market, as a journalist for Lloyds List, and spent 10 years working in Marine Insurance at Lloyds of London and with the International Group of P&I Clubs. Prior to joining DryLog, he spent 9 years running the commercial activities of a medium sized gearless drybulk company. Mr. Niotis was appointed DryLog CCO in 2020.
Mr. Niotis is a graduate of Southampton University.
Chief Operating Officer
Dimitris Efthymiou joined DryLog in 2017 as Head of Commercial Operations. He has spent all of his working life in the shipping industry at a private Owner focusing on geared tonnage. He was responsible for all matters, from chartering to technical and with a strong focus on company management and operations. Mr. Efthymiou was appointed COO of DryLog in 2020.
Mr. Efthymiou is a graduate of Bristol University.
Chief Financial Officer
Dimitris Charalampopoulos joined the finance team of DryLog in 2019. He worked as a Finance Manager for a medium sized, privately run, dry bulk company where he had responsibility for all ship-finance related matters. He has experience in transacting business with traditional financial institutions, leasing houses and has a strong understanding of complicated marine projects. In 2022 he was appointed as CFO of DryLog.
Mr Charalampopoulos is a graduate of Alba Graduate Business School, The American College of Greece

Matt Summerson joined DryLog with the acquisition of ED&F Man Shipping in February 2020; there he had held the position of Head of Shipping for ED&F Man Holdings since 2014 and where he also served on the Commodities Division Management Committee. Prior to joining ED&F Man, He worked in senior Freight Trading roles for JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs and Constellation Energy (prior to its own acquisition by Goldman Sachs in 2008). Mr. Summerson started his career in broking with Clarksons and SSY and has 25 years of experience in the dry cargo market.
Mr. Summerson is a graduate of Exeter University
Managing Director | DryLog Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd
Dimitris Seretis is the General Manager of DryLog Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd. He has more than 36 years of experience in technical and operations management focusing on all aspects of international shipping in a wide variety of ship types and new building projects. His membership, past or current, in regional technical committees has spanned across DET NORSKE VERITAS, RINA, INTERTANKO, INTERCARGO and the AMERICAN BUREAU OF SHIPPING.
Mr. Seretis is a graduate of University of Newcastle Upon Tyne and University of Michigan.
